Terms of Service

Last updated September 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Vedion website, Vedion Cloud and the Vedion IDE, provided by Collabsuite LLC. By using Vedion, you agree to them. If you use Vedion for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and tell your administrator or us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Your organization's administrators can invite and remove members and control access to workspaces and projects.

Your content

You and your organization own the goals, projects, tickets, code and other content you bring to Vedion. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only to run Vedion for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

The Vedion IDE

The Vedion IDE is built on Eclipse Theia and includes open source components under their own licenses, which continue to apply. Extensions you install are provided by their authors under their own terms.

AI providers and agents

Vedion works with the AI model providers, agents and skills you or your organization choose. Your use of each provider is subject to that provider's terms and billing. AI output can be wrong, so review it before you rely on it, merge it or ship it.

Acceptable use

  • Do not break the law or violate the rights of others.
  • Do not try to access accounts, workspaces or data you are not allowed to see.
  • Do not disrupt, overload or probe the security of Vedion without our written permission.
  • Do not upload malware or content you do not have the right to share.

We may suspend access that puts Vedion or other customers at risk.

Previews and changes

Some features are early or in preview and may change or be removed. The public product preview shows sample data only. We may update Vedion and these terms over time; when a change is significant, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Vedion after that means you accept the updated terms.

Ending use

You can stop using Vedion at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. After access ends, your organization can ask us to delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Vedion is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Collabsuite LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about Vedion is limited to the amount you paid us for Vedion in the 12 months before the claim, or US $100 if you paid nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
